1.) Purchase material, including synthetic leather, rubber bladder, thread, ink etc.

2.) Cut the leather into pieces according to soccer ball design, make sure them adjusting to 

correct size and shape.

3.) Assembly all the pieces on printing production line, use silk screen to print out the pattern as customer’s design.

4.) Use sewing machine to stitch the panels. Normally a soccer ball contains 32 panels including 

pentagon (5 sides) and hexagonal (6 sides) panels. But we all have other models, like 12 panels, 24 panels, 30 panels etc.

5.) After finishing machine stitching, put the bladder into the leather shell, then sew the end manually.

6.) Examing the air leakage is very important. Inflate the ball to standard pressure, stay 12~36 hours,  

if found air leakage then pick out the unqualified soccer ball

7.) Lastly deflate all qualified soccer balls, put each one into polybag, then into standard export carton to be delivered.
